Our Support Workers

At SILC, our support workers are our most valuable assets. Our support workers work in one house, and do not work across SILC houses. This fosters an opportunity for our workers and residents to know each other.

Our House Managers manage one house. This allows them to have a deep understanding of the unique needs of each residents and how best to support them. If you are interested in applying for a job in one of our homes, please get in touch.
