Continual Improvement Policy

Regular Board and Team meetings are held at which policies and procedures are reviewed with a view to improvement. Employees and parents are encouraged to suggest ways of improving service, environment, working conditions and administrative processes. Each meeting includes an agenda item listing improvements made over the past month or so and suggestions for further improvements.
